As an Experienced Data Center Engineer at JLL, I apply my 20+ years of experience in IT Services and Facility Services to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the Sycamore Data Center, a 14-Megawatt tier 3 250,00 square foot critical banking and financial services environment. I am certified in Construction Safety and Health (OSHA 10), Certified Data Center Technician Professional (CDCTP) and NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace).
My core competencies include Building Automation Systems, Critical Cooling Systems, Electrical Power Distribution, Fire Protection Systems, Life-Safety Systems, Standby Emergency Power, and Uninterruptable Power Supply. I perform availability of site inspections, monitor SLAs and PUE, maintain facility infrastructure, contribute to ongoing projects, resolve client tickets, and provide training to junior team members. My mission is to achieve 24x7x365 availability of critical power and cooling while supporting the day-to-day technology operations of the data center.
